RHEOLATE^® 135

Hydrophobically modified alkali swellable thickener (HASE) for waterborne systems

RHEOLATE 135 is an APE-free hydrophobically modified alkali swellable acrylic thickener that demonstrates both chain entanglement and associative thickening mechanisms with an excellent balance of application properties.

RHEOLATE 135 is very Newtonian and provides mainly high shear rate viscosity. In most cases RHEOLATE 135 should be combined with a HASE KU builder for a balanced set of performance and application properties.
