海名斯每年都会举行年度股东大会，由董事会向股东说明公司的业绩和战略，听取股东的意见并解答股东的疑问。It also gives shareholders the opportunity to vote on various company matters, either by attending the meeting and voting in person or by shareholders appointing a proxy to exercise all or any of their rights.
