Scheduled on rotating shifts, off shifts, weekends, and holidays. as needed to safely support production operations. Provide maintenance for construction, new equipment installation, repair jobs, assembly of machinery, removal or re-installing equipment as required to meet production goals/targets.

Responsibilities
- You lead and direct installation, aligning and repair of all types of machines, motors, pumps, tools, and equipment.
- Provide guidance and assistance in training for other maintenance or plant personnel.
- Perform general maintenance and bag replacement on plant Dust Collectors
- You provide mechanical removal and replacement, rebuilding, repairing and testing (if required) all plant production equipment.
- Motor and solenoid wiring, fuse troubleshooting and replacement for ens effector equipment only. This task may be done only after successful completion of the electrical maintenance education curriculum course and the approval of the company.
- Lead and direct maintenance department construction, repair, and any other miscellaneous projects.

What will it take
Technical Knowledge and Skills
- Possess mechanical aptitude and may be required to successfully pass and aptitude test administered by Ranken Technical College or other similar institution.
- Operate forklift, packing machines, scales, and related packing equipment to pack out product as specified.
Position Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Associates Degree in Industrial Mechanics or related field preferred.
Experience: 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
Language Skills: Verbal and written fluency in English
Physical Requirements:
- Candidate will need to pass a Fit for Duty examination and a respirator medical clearance examination and respirator fit test to wear a respirator for certain tasks, even able to wear a respirator during strenuous physical activity.
- Ability to meet the requirements of the hearing conservation program.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, climb, and regularly kneel, squat, bend, and stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions.
Salary Range
The base pay rate is $39.74. In addition to hiring pay, compensation package may include additional components such as health benefits, life insurance, 401K, vacation.
